SPANISH COURSES

Nicaragua Spanish Institute offers language immersion courses that help a lot to develop and improve the Spanish abilities in a short time period. Our spanish courses are focused on learning the Spanish language while experiencing the local culture and interacting with diverse Nicaraguan people. The Spanish courses are diverse according to the student needs. Students are given an oral and written test to measure the knowledge and command of the language and to better organize and focus their Spanish classes.

Survival Spanish

A practical Spanish course orientated to teach students to communicate in a practical way in different real situations using simple and easy phrases. In one week the student is able to order a couple of dishes in a restaurant or a snack bar, buy in the market, bargain, deal with cashers at the bank, talk with the Cyber café personnel, make a reservation in a hotel, airway company and talk to people in the park, bus stops or streets of the Spanish speaking countries.

Immersion Spanish

Spanish for Small groups, four students together as maximum very similar or same level. In case there are not many students the class will be taught one-to-one. Students can choose living with a host family to practice their Spanish and learn more.

Spanish for Specific Purposes

This intensive spanish course is offered to different professional disciplines such as lawyers, nurses, physicians, missionaries, retires, biologists and sociologists who needs specific vocabulary and technical language. The spanish classes are designed to be adapted to meet their needs according each profession. The language taught is more educated and in accordance to their professional level.

One-to-one tutoring

A personalised Spanish course in which the students decide how many hours to study with a private instructor. In this course students learn specific vocabulary, grammar topics. A good opportunity to clarify doubts and learn what they want to learn according to their needs.

Delivery Spanish

Personalised Spanish classes where instructors go to where students are staying. The NicaSpan School sends its instructors to the student’s hotel, office, apartment, and house. Students can choose to get their classes for the immersion course at their own site as well. You do not have to leave your house or hotel or business place unattended just to come to the school campus. We go to wherever you need us and bring our tutors for your classes.

High School Spanish Course

A special course orientated for High School students, provides an excellent experience for the Spanish learning through games, diverse visits to workshops, factories; hiking to national parks, excursions to crater lakes, volcanoes, sunny pretty beaches on the Pacific Ocean, sport games with local young teams, visit to open local markets. This course includes Spanish lessons, Latin dance classes, and art classes, cooking classes, host families, class materials and activities listed. The established length of this summer course is four weeks. The course can either be booked individually or through a high school in Canada, the United States or Europe.
